When our client, a dynamic Life and Business coach, presented us with the opportunity to develop an application designed to empower his clients in tracking their habits for a transformative 90-day journey, we embarked on a comprehensive user requirement gathering process.
To ensure the success of our solution, we identified key needs such as cross-platform compatibility for both desktop and mobile use. A paramount requirement was the inclusion of a highly intuitive calendar component coupled with push notifications, serving as gentle yet effective reminders to users.
By conducting market research, we investigated existing products to inform our approach, striving to deliver an unparalleled solution.
Problem Definition, Research, and High-Level Requirement Gathering
To ensure a versatile application accessible across platforms and devices, we strategically opted for the development of a Progressive Web Application (PWA). Our initial research solidified the product vision and scope, laying the foundation for an innovative solution.
The resulting application empowers users to effortlessly establish habits, set start dates, monitor their longest streaks, and receive daily reminders to accomplish their goals. Leveraging the established brand and color palette provided by the client, we integrated these elements into the application.

Structured in three two-week sprints, our agile development process integrated wireframe designs, client approvals, development, and the building and deployment of the PWA application.
